Jimmie was called to Greater Fort Hood Baptist Association in January 2000 to begin his service as Director of Missions. He is retired from the United States Air Force and from teaching high school students in Louisville KY. He and his wife, Judy, served as Mission Service Corps Volunteers for 9 1/2 years in Erath Baptist Association prior to coming to Greater Fort Hood Association.

Ken Cavey - Association Moderator

Ken was elected as Moderator of the association at the Annual Meeting in October.  He is pastor of Memorial Baptist Church in Killeen where he has served since March 2008.  He can be reached at 254-634-6882.

Tim pastors The Church at Skyline Valley in Copperas Cove.  It is a new church start that began on Nov 1, 2009.  The church will be eventually be located in the Skyline Valley Housing community in far west Copperas Cove, but for now they meet in the Cinergy Theaters located behind Walmart in Copperas Cove.

Larry Faulkner - Association Treasurer

Elva Chase - Association Clerk

Elva was elected Association Clerk at the October 2009 Annual Meeting.  She is a member of Pershing Park Baptist Church where she serves as the WMU Director and Discipleship Training Director.  She is also serves as part-time Director of Baptist Student Ministries at Central Texas College.  Elva may be reached at 254-290-4631 or a message may be left at the association office.

Ed Talley - Ministry Team Leader

Rev Ed Talley, pastor of New Sunset Community Church, serves at Ministry Team Leader for the association.  In this position he serves as the contact point for all aspects of church ministries.  He has served in this position for one year.  He may be reached at 817-319-9466.  Ed is also a biovocational pastor so he is not always available by phone because he drives a KISD school bus.

Joda Weston - Missions Team Leader

Rev Joda Weston, pastor of Pershing Park Baptist Church, serves as Missions Team Leader for the association..
